Explore your full career potential using creative collage, to unlock new possibilities and next steps. This will be particularly useful if you’re feeling a bit stuck with what’s next, trying to weigh up different options or want space to reflect on what a meaningful career path looks like for you.

Join us for a journey of reflection and self-discovery. We’ll use creative methods to tap into internal career hopes, challenges and drivers, allowing you to be more purposeful and authentic in your next steps and personal and professional development.

Session outline/ plan

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explore the use of imagery to connect with your values and inner career drivers 
  • Boost your self-awareness and your confidence with creativity (even if you don’t see yourself as ‘arty’ or ‘creative’)  
  • Take home your creative collage, to inspire and motivate you as you take your next career steps 

Presenter information:

Elizabeth Adams, She/ Her 

Elizabeth is a coach and consultant with over 15 years' experience in researcher development. Her main focus is on academic leadership / career coaching and research culture.  

She has also worked as an innovation consultant, brokering partnerships between large engineering companies and SMEs or researchers, and as an analytical chemist in the Pharma industry.  

Elizabeth brings a strong understanding of how support and interventions at individual, team and organisational level can help to embed a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration, where people can grow and develop.
